Hi all, we are looking for someone to paint a tenant’s unit before they move in. Also someone who can build a dividing wall. Does anyone know someone who would take on small jobs like that?

I think you’d be better off with people in two different trades—a painter and a carpenter. There might be some legal problems with a room divider, but I’m not certain.
