Rental Options?

Brownstoners, Question: Bay Ridge limestone, private house zoned with an office space. Many BR houses are zoned like this, although many ‘office spaces’ are rented as apts. We prefer to rent the lower level as an office. Not sure of the market out here. Also considering temporary rental or AirBnb. Approx space is 700 sq ft. The apt was formally used as an apt, however we will be pulling out the stove and will be fully renovating the space. Any thoughts?
