What are you thinking: a super super or a management company?
For a 3 family, you can still do the rent collections through one of the many auto debit /deposit programs. Then you just need someone to refer maintenance to & be on call for emergencies as well as garbage/cleaning/snow shoveling etc. That is what I call a super, super. Some one who is articulate enough to communicate well with tenants, can plan & organize themselves & follow through etc. If this is who you need, I have someone, please let me know how to get in touch off line.
