Rental Advertisment timeline

I have a high end condo in Manhattan. The tenants are leaving in 2 months. How long prior to lease expiration do these type of units get listed? Thanks

List it asap. People are looking up to a month and a half in advance. Also the condo application process will probably take at least a month (for the new tenant to gather their docs and for management to “process” when submitted) so listing now will give you a cushion so you don’t lose any rental income.
