Renos by empty nesters

I am a freelance reporter that writes for the NYT real estate section looking for examples of how a kid’s old bedroom can be turned into a different space. If you have kids who are long gone and have turned an empty bedroom into a walk-in closet, meditation space or exercise room, or knocked down some walls to make a bigger master bedroom or bath, or rented out the space (on Airbnb or home share programs), please get in touch!
