We have a two bedroom one bath that we need to convert into a three bed, 1.5 bath. Looking for an architect who is really creative about maximizing small spaces, figuring out what closet or corner can fit a toilet and sink, the functionality of a platform area for kids, and an overall thoughtfulness about usability of a home. Kids are growing up and we need to carve out individual space for them. Thanks in advance!
