Try Jon Barsness, Spruce Painting: 917-346-2430. Be very clear the level of quality you’re looking for. He’s excellent but has a tendency to rush. Just tell him you want a careful, detailed job.

Hi, I’m looking to hire someone to paint my new windows for the first time. They came from the factory primed but not painted. Anyone have anyone who’d be good for this detailed kind of job? Thanks!
