Hi Brownstoners – we’re in contract on a Harlem brownstone (CNH in place, planning to file for Alt 1 to convert to 2-family). It’s got great old bones, but it is going to need quite a bit of work. Not full gut renovation, but systems upgrades and reconfiguration. Historical preservation is a big priority for us, so we’re looking for someone with experience working on similar projects in the neighborhood. Any recommendations would be much appreciated – thanks in advance!

We’ve done a lot of historic brownstone renovations throughout Brooklyn, and have one currently under way on East 128th St, just off Fifth Ave. I’d be happy to speak with you about your project.

Hi. We have worked on many historic townhouses in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and would be pleased to be considered.
