Eman 134, aka Errol, reached out to me via this forum, and like most people, I was a little hesitant since did not know anything about him. So I did some research and read other people’s praise, and took a chance. And I cannot express how happy I am that I did and grateful that Errol reached out to me. I have had 3 different plumbers addressing the issue, but looking at it from the entirely wrong side. From my layman description of the problem he knew to look at the boiler and the pressure, not the radiators themselves. My hack plumber’s solution was to keep raising the radiators higher and higher. The other plumber suggested opening up the new floors, subfloors, etc. Errol fixed the problem at the root by tweaking the pressure settings. I have finally slept a full 8 hours last night. A first since the problems began in September!

Errol showed up on time, was polite, explained everything, and refused to charge any money until we had confirmation that the problem was solved.
