Has anyone experienced any cracking or grout issues over time with small mosaic tile installed over radiant heat?

We have 1″ hex tile installed over radiant heat in two of our bathrooms… I didn’t specifically look it up, but I didn’t anticipate having any issues. It doesn’t get that hot.

Dave, we have electric radiant heat under the tiles in both of our bathrooms. In one bathroom we have 2″ hex. No signs of cracking or grout issues (installed 11 years ago). And, like Carmen said, it is warm, but barely, under the feet.

If you are having it installed, think carefully about where to place the radiant grid. You don’t want to sit on the throne and have one warm foot and one cold in the winter.
