Pulling up /replacing concrete yard

Does anyone have an estimate of what the cost would be for converting a concrete backyard—roughly 20 x 35—to plain dirt? I can do the landscaping/seeding once the concrete is gone, but have no idea how to budget for what I assume is a lot of jackhammering. There are also two 4′ cinderblock walls (leaning a bit) that would have to go. Anyone out here have experience in a similar project?

There are too many variables for a sight-unseen guess. It doesn’t cost anything to have most contractors give you estimates.
