Hi,
We’re looking for a property manager for a small building in Bed-Stuy. Most companies out there seem not to be interested in such small buildings or out of our price range. We had a manager which dealt with our building and another building across the street together, which helped costs. We need a part-time super to take out garbage and clean inside and outside once a week, shovel snow when needed, we need budget and expenses kept, common charges collected (all electronic right now) and contractors dealt with for regular upkeep and repairs as needed, and warranties, tax returns, J51 consulting managed via third parties (which are all in place). Two buildings can be managed by the same person/company, if it helps costs. Any insight or recommendations are welcome. Any current ballpark prices for these services from different providers would also be greatly appreciated.
