Property Management Firms for Small 3-Unit Condo in PH

Can any one recommend a property management firm suitable for a 3-unit owner occupied condo condo building in prospect heights? We are looking for basic management services including janitorial, trash, snow removal, etc. as well as accounting/financial management. We also want a management firm that has the ability to identify and manage long-term maintenance needs and small projects and contractors. I welcome any info but it would be great to hear from owners in buildings that are happy with the firm managing their building.
