Plumber to add water spigot on roof and house exterior

We have a townhouse that was nicely renovated including a beautiful roof terrace. Now that I am socially isolated at home, I’d like to turn it in to a green roof. Problem is I have no water source up there. Or anywhere on the exterior of the building. I imagine it will be a little complicated and involve puncturing the roof membrane to get a spigot up there. Anyone done this? Can recommend a plumber?

You may want to check weight and roof structure before adding a green roof. This is not my area of expertise, but there may be some engineers on this site who can chime in.
