Pilot light on furnace won’t stay on

So had to replace the thermocouple and the gas valve, but we have heat?

So I am sitting waiting for a call back from the heating company that just did a complete service and inspection on my steam boiler. My pilot light is out and will not stay lit. Any advice as tenants are freezing….

Well of course my heating company whom I had just paid over $500 to service my furnace about 3 weeks ago will not return phone calls.
