Pigeon Problems

Way more expensive than spikes, but we’ve had great success with having shock wire installed. We first had a company someone working on our home at the time recommended but they came from far away. That was maybe in 2011 and they installed electric tape along the upper ledges and it was powered by a solar battery on the roof. Gives a light shock and the pigeons quickly even stopped trying to land on our home. It finally stopped working about a year ago and I just had it replaced with a newer version of the product. Birds Beware, text Paul at 732-558-2464. New product is working great. Part of the cost includes them renting a lift, which is what the previous company also said was required.

Pigeons have begun roosting on the area just below our roof. I’m looking for someone who can install spikes or other obstacles to deter them.

pigeons love building their nests around the spikes. i recommend netting, don’t have a vendor recommendation though.
