Permit for Adding Wall in Bedroom

Hello, we renovated our brownstone about 5 years ago and removed a wall to make a larger master bedroom. We are looking to put the wall back to divide the space into 2 rooms again. Has anyone done this and how extensive is the work? How long will it take to pull permits? And any recommendations for GC that can do this job for us? Thank you in advance!
