Part-Time Super in BedStuy

Hey – Does anyone have any recommendations for a part time super? Looking for someone to take care of garbage/recycling & clean hallways/common areas for a small building in BedStuy. Many thanks in advance!

Hi, I don’t know either how to pm on Brownstoner. The Super’s name is Anthony (718 930 9770). He still takes care of the building I used to live in, and I also referred him about a year ago to a friend who purchased a condo on MacDonough Street. He does the same chords for both buildings you mentioned you need done. He is from the neighborhood, efficient, reliable, very friendly — everybody in both buildings was/is very fond of him. I don’t know where your building is, but if it is within his radius, I think he would be happy to do it. Tell him you received his number from Michael. All the best.

Thanks Caga – I am more so looking for someone that is already doing porter work in the neighborhood and is looking to pick up an additional building. Havent had the best experience with management companies so looking to switch it up.

I hired Silver Brick Management to do the outside maintenance (trash, snow and leaf removal and hallway cleaning) of my eight-fam building in Carroll Gardens, and have been very happy with their service. They have been extremely dependable, have good attention to detail and their staff is very polite. This has been a welcome change from the previous person who was doing outside maintenance for us who was remarkably unreliable and had to be overseen all the time or he would get sloppy or do the absolute minimum.
