Painter, Floor finish reccs needed

I’ve checked the archives but because they’re randomly sorted (not by date) it’s pretty useless…you find a recc from 2013 & the number is no longer in service for example.

I need a painter for 2 floors of a brownstone. Nothing high-end going on. If anyone knows contact info for a painter called Ian who work(s/ed) at Pintchik, I’d appreciate it as I’ve used him before but can”t find his phone.

The floor finish is a small job, just 2 rooms.
