NYC Dept of Finance efile auto-pay website all messed up

Hi, First post here The city’s websites have often had poor usability We had an ACH auto-pay setup for our quarterly property taxes, one payment is due Jan 1 2015\. It seems your websites have changed and I can no longer view or manage my recurring property tax payments here http://nyc.gov/html/dof/html/jump/e_file.shtml, It redirects to some other site 2\. I have not seen any payment $XXXXX hit my account as of today. Friday Jan 9th. Is any action required on my part to pay?
