New Roof? Or repairable?

Some leaks can be elusive. Also, when you have penetrations, sometimes wind can push water up the side of the penetration. You have to get a really good roofer to repair it. Not someone who was painting houses last week and managed to save enough money for a ladder and a van.

Is this leak near the back of the extension? Is it a flat roof sloped to the back with a gutter behind it?

We bought our home 5 years ago, it had recently been remodeled with an extension, new roof and roof deck. We have had minor leaks over the years that were repaired by a roofer. The roofer suggested that we need roof replacement. I got a second opinion from Premiere who said our roof was fine, just needed patching. It was patched, drywall repaired. Leaking again. Near skylights and the extension. Recommendations for a roofer to assess this? And anyone have a modular roof deck in place and needed replacement?

Rohan’s General Construction (718) 251-2182 is my go to for roofs where I need to seriously consider repair instead of installing new. I plan to hire him for another one of these type jobs this week
