Need someone to remove our roof deck

Our small coop is looking for a licensed demo contractor to remove a wood deck from the roof. It needs to be done prior to roof replacement this spring. We had hoped to disassemble & then reassemble/salvage the old deck, but the deck contractors we’ve spoken to say this is not possible due to its age & non-modular construction. Any recommendations appreciated, thank you!

Due to the cost of Workman’s comp & disability as well as the liability Insurance that Licensed demolition companies have to carry,: they general do not do “small” jobs because the cost always seems way out of proportion to the size of the job to most home owners.
That said and bare in mind it may well be expensive etc… Try Patrick DeVerteuil 718-309-3934. He is actually a carpenter, but he has a relationship with a licensed demolition company that has done many “small” jobs for him.
