Need recommendation for window bar removal

Hi, does any one have an iron works person to recommend for removing iron security bars set into cement and masonry (three windows on back ground floor)?

I imagine it’s not a big job, but we want someone who knows what they are doing so as not to damage the building/windows while cutting them off down to the surface. Thanks.
