Need Recommendation for Paint Stripper off-site

I don’t know if this service exists — I am looking for someone to come to my house in Brooklyn, remove some closet doors and other interior doors, take them away to strip all paint off, and return the doors to my house clean, sanded but otherwise unfinished, and hang them back up. (I would finish them.) I have not found anything in Brownstoner Services regarding paint strippers. Thanks everyone!

i sometimes do that and when i used to have employees i had them do all the stripping. i am kind of busy now.

these people might do it: east end wood strippers. they are in holbrook but come into the city and have another company called Park Slope Furniture Refinishing. You can contact Dean at Dean@westripwood.com.

also, one of the guys who used to work for me stripping doors is always looking for p/t work or side jobs. great guy and knows what to do. if he has the space to work, i can lend him tools. problem is, i am not sure he is the guy to remove the doors as sometimes removing the hinges takes the wood with them. not sure how many he can move in his vehicle at a go either. but he did a lot of stripping and knows how not to gouge and damage the soft, wet wood. if you reach out to me, i can put you in contact with him.
