Most Affordable Marble Countertop Seller

“Affordable” is subjective…
But since my long time Gowanus marble guy retired/sold up to Condo development etc. I have been using Marble.com , their Farmingdale, LI branch services the City and also Associated Marble Industry. com in Inwood, Long Island. Both are direct Importers & fabricators.
It is best to go out to see them, their prices end up being much cheaper than their web sites will estimate.
Associated Marble is relatively easy to get to if you do not have a car. LIRR from Atlantic Terminal 45 min on the Far Rockaway line, to Lawrence walk 2-3 blocks.

I don’t know if “affordable” and “marble countertop maker” go together, but we used Ata Stone Works, on Meserole Ave. in Greenpoint, after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. I THINK their price was good and , more important they did a great job on a somewhat difficult installation of granite countertops [on modified original 1899 cabinets]. They also accompanied us to the stone yard where they buy their slabs and were very patient at finding the right stone. Even after you pick a color from samples there’s considerable variation.
