Monthly Parking near Flatbush and Church

61 Martense St has a garage and they rent out spots. Not sure who is in charge of it, though.

Hi all, we are moving to the neighborhood and interested in renting a monthly parking spot, does anyone have any ideas? Also how is the street parking in the area if renting a space is not an option?
