For my 8-unit building in Carroll Gardens, Silver Brick Management takes out the trash, cleans the hallways, removes leaves/cleans front of building, and clears snow in winter. They are really dependable, do an excellent job and I highly recommend. We were very happy to find them since our previous person could be really unreliable.
