Looking for recommendations for good brownstone property management companies

I’m a brownstone owner looking to rent a four-story North Park Slope brownstone and need to find a good property management company to help me with the process and deal with tenant issues, etc for me. Has anyone had any good experiences, primarily from a property-owner perspective? I’m looking for agencies who are reliable, have much experience with brownstone rental, and will both help insure the property is taken care of and get a good rental rate.
