Looking for contractor with experience - water damage/leak remediation

Got a brick house and there is an interior wall that is getting wet. It is in the lower level apartment. The other side of the wall is the interior of an outdoor porch. Looking for creative solutions as budget is tight. Any suggestions for an contractor experienced with this kind of problem would be welcome. Thanks
