Looking for an MCI Expert in Manhattan

Hello all,

I’ve been doing a lot of work on my property and I wanted to apply for an MCI increases at DHCR for the rent-stabilized units to help offset the cost. Do you know someone in NYC that specializes in filing for them?

Hi, I had an MCI application in 2015. I used Cornicello, Tendler & Baumel-Cornicello.
Not cheap but they were good. And the MCI was approved. Susan Cornicello handled it.
