Looking for a reliable rental agent for our garden apt

Our first tenants are moving out Oct 31st, and so unfortunately we need to find new tenants to move in as close to Nov 1st as possible. We are parents of young kids who work full time, so I’m not sure if renting the place ourselves is possible, although I’ve always done that in the past with both this apt and a studio that I owned.
Can anyone suggest a great, down to earth, reliable rental agent that knows Bed Stuy/Clinton Hill really well. I’m concerned about the flood of new apartments on the market in my area, and need someone who is savvy enough to help our place stand out, and knows about pricing, etc. Thanks!
