Looking for a conscientious housecleaner

We need a new housecleaner! My main request is that the person be careful and thoughtful as we just finished renovating our brownstone and the person we used prior to our renovation was not careful and made some pretty large mistakes like using an abrasive sponge on our stove so that the numbers were rubbed off. Ideally we are looking for someone who will give us an hourly rate. Thanks!
