Our company is going to sponsor two Charities or Foundations this 2023 year and we have decided to stay local so the donation can be more impactful.
Does anyone have any Charity or Foundation recommendations they work with and vetted appropriately.

I love this. Children of Promise does incredible work with children impacted by incarceration: https://www.cpnyc.org/ and Brooklyn Animal Action is on the ground doing the hard rescue work in Brooklyn: http://www.brooklynanimalaction.org — I recommend both of them!
