Less than a full-service Property Manager but more than a Super?

(I know there are older posts that touch on this, but none of the ones within the past year seem to be the right fit.)

We’re looking for someone to help “manage” our two-family rental with a backyard. We *don’t* need them to collect rent, help us find and vet tenants, or anything like that.

The things we’d be looking for them to either coordinate or do themselves:
– Be on call for tenant emergencies
– Keep front walk and sidewalk clear of debris (year round) and snow/ice in the winter
– Mow the backyard once a month in spring/summer
– Check the boiler once a month year-round
– Generally keep an eye on the security system to make sure it’s working
– Coordinate with plumber/electrician/handy-man if there is any issue that needs to be repaired

Anyone have any recommendations or thoughts? Thanks in advance!
