Lead Paint Inspector/Tester Recommendation: Luke at Brooklyn Lead

Luke has come up on the Forum and at Park Slope Parents several times though not recently so I’m putting in a plug for him here: quick, professional service and EPA testing of samples, thorough written/verbal explanations of the findings as well as how to live with lead paint in Brooklyn (as anyone in a brownstone must), and a very nice guy as well.

Now I’m searching for a painter who is just as skilled and experienced in handling and encapsulating (sealing, not removing). Luke has no current recommendations and I’m having a hard time myself–I welcome any recommendations!
