Landmarked Brownstone on Historic Street in Ft. Greene - replacing windows

Heights Historic did mine with Kolbe Majesta Heritage all wood windows. Brick to brick with new insulation. Each window was 52′ by 104′. $14K for 4. LPC included.

Hello Brownstoner community.
Looking for advice as my COOP enters into a full facade makeover that includes replacing the 8 windows that face the street.
#1 If there are folks out there who have had to endure this cost – any rough estimates regarding window replacements that meet code for Landmarks would be super helpful. We are trying to get a general guesstimate/sense before we start meeting with contractors. #2 Any recommendations for contractors or folks who have done window install would be greatly appreciated!

I’m currently looking at about $5,000 per window, which includes permits, LPC filing, the actual windows, brick to brick install, and interior molding and wall repair/replace/repaint.
