Does anyone know if the LPC approves extensions to expiration of approvals due to the Covid pandemic? What is the process to get an extension to an approved project? The LPC website says you need to have a building permit issued by the DOB and a signed contractor contract? Thanks

Your best option would be to email the staffer who wrote the permit. They’re pretty good about getting back to you.
