Landlord Lawyer Recommendation

Hi everyone. Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a lawyer they have worked with as a landlord, especially around residence->rental conversion.

I may be turning my landmarked single family home into a rental. That obviously comes with risk, and we’re ready to pay someone to help us understand the risks and potentially help us through the process of converting a personal residence into a rental.
