The chain link fence at the bottom of the picture is in the partial yard at the bottom of the picture. They even note the distance south to the right side. I am on my phone and cannot read it but it looks like clf .5’south.

So, if your house is the middle, the chain link fence i mention above is in the neighbor to the souths yard.

The chain link fence to the north, by the metal shed, that is in your property.

They tell the distance the fences are off the property lines. I cannot read them because i am on a small screen.

That is the way it is done over here in queens. The fence to one side is yours, the other it is the neighbors.

No it is not yours. the drawing notes that the “CLF .8′ south”. i am reading that to mean south of the property line and in the neighbor’s yard. The property line is the dark line.

Your fence is to the north side of your property.

also, it looks like the wooden structure to the north in your neighbor’s back yard encroaches on your property by like .2′.

that would be my reading of the survey. It does look like the fence that’s yours turns the corner onto your neighbor’s property though, or at least it did when this survey was created.
