Is there a way to get rid of bed bugs without getting rid of your stuff?

All of the above, but you also have to hire an exterminator who specializes in bedbugs and is highly recommended and skilled to chemically treat the space and objects that can’t be washed. You also have to be very careful about not recontaminating the space. As others say above, this means bagging everything that can be washed at high temperatures, etc. It’s definitely time consuming and inconvenient, but it can be done.

You don’t need to get rid of anything. You can do you clothing yourself. Take all your clothes and put into garbage bags and either treat in dryers or hope for 3 days of freezing temperatures and leave outside on a fire escape. Beds, mattresses, couches, etc will need careful professional inspection and either heat or liquid nitrogen treatment, if applicable. Don’t recommend the gassing. No way that stuff is healthy.

Yes. Install bed bug mattress covers. Install bed bug traps at feet of furniture. Launder clothing and bedding at highest possible temperature settings
