Is there a way to find developments in CB8? I have excess air rights and am

You cant just market air rights to the highest bidder. And what you probably have is unused FAR, floor to area ratio that would allow you to build higher and/or bigger. You usually need to sell to an adjacent properties or use for yourself. Only in some special historic districts (like near Grand Central) or the Theater District can you move air rights to a non-adjacent property.
