Is National Grid Responsible For My Flooding?

On thursday[17th] i had a gas leak,national grid cam and shut off the gas so i could get the problem fixed.
The next day they were supposed to come turn it back on.

When i called them that morning they told me because of the holiday weekend and work crews out dealing with preparations for the storm they couldn’t send someone over until tues[22nd]

So me and my tenants had to go the coldest weekend of the year without heat or hot water
If that wasn’t bad enough,they came and turned the gas on last night,but this morning i wake to a flooded basement because my pipes burst

Now we’re without water again as i wait for someone to come fix this
Can i get any compensation from them or am i out of luck
What do you guys think my options are?
