In Search of a Personal Organizer/Assistant And Lic Movers

Received good guidance here the last time I had questions about a lic Plumber for the 152 Gas Inspection (thanks to all who responded especially KaBr) Now I have need of a personal assistant or a personal organizer to pack me up for a move to another apartment within my own building here in Brooklyn. I am not in good shape physically with back problems and COPD. So basically I need someone who will do the work of getting the boxes , sorting out what junk needs to be tossed and then packing the boxes for the move downstairs. Last year I had thought to do an organization of my current apt and called a place I found online that was run by a hipsterish type of woman who employed other like women to do the work. She sent someone who was nice enough, but to sort, bag and throw out about 8 contractor bags of clothes, it took approx 4 hours and the cost was really expensive and too expensive for this move which is going to take considerably longer. This was right before Covid so once that hit, I shelved the plan to organize further. Then midsummer I had the opening for the down stairs and so have switched gears to the move down. I’m also going to need a licensed mover and hoping that will be reasonable, as there’s no loading or unloading a truck just walking everything down 1 flight and placing a small amount of furniture around in a couple of rooms. Ideally this organizer/assistant would also be able to help with ideas to organize me and maybe a bit of decorating once downstairs. First priority is the assistant to pack me up the next is the mover to move the stuff. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
