In contract to buy but sellers children are fighting with each other

Current in contract to purchase, the sellers parents whom are on the deed passed away before listing the property. I am ready to close but the sellers children are fighting with each other and not fixing an issue with the title. Anyone have similar issues like this? Not sure what I can do here, I already agreed to let them stay a few months after closing to move out!
