Illegal Apartments in Building
If you’re not affected why would you report your LL? Would you feel better when the LL gives you notice?

I’m currently living in a building where the certificate of occupancy says there are 3 residential units and the landlord is currently building out two storage rooms as “studios” for rent. Neither are in the basement and neither are currently occupied so tenants wouldn’t be affected. Should I report the apartments?
