Home Inspector Recommendation

I wanted to echo some other reviews on here and recommend Steve Cymbalsky of Brownstone Home Inspection LLC. He’s done two inspections for my family this year and I cannot express the level of detail and care he took to document every aspect of these homes. He’s extremely honest and a straight-shooter. The first home he inspected for us had a lot of issues under the hood that we would never know to look for, and we ultimately ended up passing on it. When we found our dream home, Steve told us the good, bad, and ugly but ultimately made us feel confident in moving forward.

The format of the inspection report is very clear, easy to digest, and actionable. We feel so confident as we’re moving into our first home and are so thankful for Steve’s work during this process.
