Hi – I posted this before in April – but still looking – as my plans to leave the city for a year become more concrete. do I go with a real estate agent who is also a building manger? Or get a super and then hire a real estate agent when I need to fill a rental? Also need someone who sweeps and does garbage. Leaving the city for a year and looking for a reliable solution if you have a suggestion. Thanks.
