Heating Maintenance/Tune Up Stress

As the weather begins to change, I want to stress the importance of getting your Heating Unit looked at before winter truly starts. I am not doing this as a promotion of my company; I don’t need to do that at this point. This is an honest message coming from a Manager who operates the Emergency Line on a Service Company to homeowners.
I get too many phone calls from distressed homeowners who have no heat in the middle of the first few cold nights, wait for a Service Company to come out, likely pay an additional fee due to the hour of the night and all to be told a simple wire became disconnected or certain controls were tripped. I see too many people experience annoyances and issues from simple things that can be caught on a regularly scheduled Maintenance/Tune Up.
No matter who you use for your Heating Services, please call them soon! Get it out of the way now before the weather changes. The less frantic, heat-less homeowners there are in Brooklyn the better!
