Hardie architectural panels

We did Hardie plank lap siding front and back, but have no experience with the architectural panels.

The back of my south slope frame house is covered in weird asphalt shingles. I’m doing the front (now vinyl) in Hardie plank lap siding and thinking about Hardie architectural panels on the back for a simpler more contemporary look (to go with enlarged window openings. Has anyone used those for the rear facade? Do you like how it turned out?

We just did the front, wasn’t cost effective for the back. Did siding there instead.
Also replaced shingles.
