Hallway entry and door too narrow for LL58/87, can't widen it. Help!
Doorway has to be 32″ clear.

Currently have a hallway entry with a structural wall on one side and the electrical stack on the other. If I want to replace the door, do I need to widen the entryway to 36″? It’s pretty narrow currently. The work was done in late 90s. Just trying to figure out what triggers needing to make a hallway/door the right clearances for LL58/87
